Overview

Our family was fortunate enough to be referred to Sharea and Fitness 4 Function by a friend of ours, who was already a satisfied client.  My mother Jan will be 96 years old in November of 2024.  Long ago we had an established goal to help her live in her home as long as possible.  Sharea and Kristy were able to access her environment, and the skill-set required to maintain her lifestyle at home.  They helped us think about some simple things differently, (the kind of shoes she is wearing, and the placement of some rugs)...which immediately made her more safe.  They also observed her in her daily living routines, to evaluate areas of strength and weakness.

Jan is proud of herself for her accomplishments.   The pleasant interactions with Kristy and Sharea make her look forward to the sessions together.  Helping Jan maintain her cognitive and physical capabilities has helped our entire family be able to engage with Jan-- and continue to create memories together.   (This summer she travelled to family-camp in New York!)
