We will design a program specifically for you that includes strength, flexibility, and balance.
Yes, after getting clearance from your physician as to what s/he will allow; we would suggest a specific cardio/endurance program that might include walking, circuit training, using a recumbent bike or swimming. Just like lifting weights for your muscles, consistent cardio exercise can strengthen your heart and change how your heart functions for the better.

We can work with your rehab team to develop a program specifically designed for you and your needs whether you are recuperating from hip surgery, knee replacement, back, or shoulder surgery. Continuity of exercise will prevent possible relapse and make for a better outcome. We are private pay. We are not a second-payer source. Medicare doesn’t know we exist because we are a fitness company with trainers who hold higher-level degrees.

We appreciate a 24-hour cancellation policy; however, we understand that life happens. So, we have a user-friendly cancellation and rescheduling policy. If cancellations become habitual, they will be addressed on an individual basis.
Our program is not covered by insurance. Some advantage plans will cover some fitness programs. You are free to turn in your receipts for reimbursement for that.
No, we do not have a subscription or membership to our company. We invoice at the end of the month. We can accept cash, check, CC, and Zelle. We kindly ask for notice if you plan to cancel the program at any time.
The frequency of your workouts depends on your individual goals and fitness level. Our trainers typically guide the recommended number of sessions per week. Listen to your body, start at a comfortable pace, and gradually increase intensity as you progress.
Most of our fitness and exercise programs require minimal equipment, and we provide everything you would need with us daily. If you would like to have your own equipment, our trainers can make affordable recommendations once we start working with you.
